We created Roxie's Flower Truck with one mission in mind: helping you share love, beauty, and kindness with those who matter most. Roxie's, which first bloomed in August 2019, is a mobile flower truck based in Winters, CA, that gives guests a unique opportunity to create their own freshly-picked bouquets for themselves and their loved ones.

Roxie's has been a family affair from the start. With the support of her husband, owner and lifelong Winters resident Kristen Karlen created Roxie's with the vision of bringing joy to her community. The Karlens found a classic 1962 VW Transporter for sale and it was love at first sight - they immediately knew it was the perfect truck for the job. With a little bit of elbow grease and a lot of love, the Karlens transformed the old truck into a beloved flower shop on wheels. Since then, Roxie and Kristen have shared beautiful blooms, countless smiles, and memorable events with flower lovers all over Northern California.
